Features

Clean Ocean covers are bound with the first book cloth woven from recycled plastics that would otherwise have gone into landfill and the sea. The recycled ocean plastics originate from the Andaman Sea in Southeast Asia where the clean-up effort is centred on and around five islands. The clean-up directly supports jobs in this rural area as well as offering fair wages. Local fishermen are trained and paid for collecting, sorting, washing and shredding plastic waste.
