Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your beautiful new notebook, photo album, guest book, sketch book or keepsake box purchased from our online shop, or it arrives damaged then you can arrange a return by prior agreement – we are sorry but personalised and bespoke products can not be refunded, so please take extra care to make sure the details are correct. To arrange a return please email your name and order number to [email protected] within 5 days of delivery and we’ll be in touch to arrange your return and credit or refund.

Yes, if you wish to gift a journal to a recipient at a different address we can send it for you. Simply tick that it is a gift at the checkout and we won’t include any payment details.
We also have the option for you to buy your journals beautifully gift wrapped for that extra special touch.
Yes, our mission is to be sustainable in everything we do, so please take a look at our sustainability policy. Our Modena Journals are produced from FSC®-certified paper (FSC C015839).
Orders of £25.00 and above qualify for free delivery, otherwise a £3.50 delivery charge will apply. We carefully package up and send all orders out via 72 hour tracked service. Orders received before 12noon are sent the same day. Orders received after 12noon or over weekends and bank holidays are sent out the following working day.

Apart from our range of sumptuous British-inspired cover colours, each with a matching colour story, premium gusset pocket & two page marker ribbons – Our Modena Notebooks all have a cleverly crafted and colour co-ordinated elastic closure. Standard notebook elastics are normally attached so that when the book is open the elastic is loose, flapping or tangling. We’ve designed ours so it sits neatly out of the way when the book is open and when closed it can be utilised as pen holder.
