UK Delivery Only

All orders of £25.00 and above qualify for free delivery, otherwise a £3.50 delivery charge will apply.

Orders received before 12 noon are carefully packaged up and despatched the same day via our tracked 72-hour service. Orders received after 12 noon or over weekends and bank holidays are sent the following working day.

You will receive a notification by email or SMS the day prior to delivery.

Goods are only accepted for return by prior agreement and upon notification within 5 days of delivery. This means if you are not 100% satisfied with your new notebook purchased from our online shop, or in the unlikely event it arrives damaged then you can arrange a return/replacement by prior agreement – we are sorry but personalised and bespoke products can not be refunded, so please take extra care to make sure the details are correct.

To arrange a return please email your name and order number to [email protected] within 5 days of delivery and we’ll be in touch to arrange your return and credit or refund. Credits will only be issued providing goods are fit for resale.
